Marist College Eastwood is an independent Roman Catholic single-sex secondary day school for boys for Years 7 to 12, located in Eastwood, Sydney. In the 1960s the school was known as Marist Brothers' High School, Eastwood. It changed its name to Marist College Eastwood on 2 April 1993.
The College has also been effected by its share of allegations of child sexual abuse by former brothers at the school. In regards to Phillip Hardy, the perpetrator was sentenced to 11 years jail in 1995.
Moody Law has in the past and is still representing clients who have made allegations of sexual and physical abuse against members of the Marist Brothers at various schools and institutions around Australia.
