Lawrence John Smith
Lawrence John Smith (now deceased) was a primary school teacher who taught at Stafford Heights State School in the 1960s in Brisbane’s northern suburbs. In 2017, Mr Smith was charged with 4 counts of indecent dealing with a girl under 17 years (under 12) under section 216 of the Criminal Code 1899 Act (Qld). The Offender was sentenced to a maximum period of 15 months, with a minimum term of 5 months to be served.
